Towards a common language

Exploring the connections between Arabic and Hebrew

The Project

Arabrew is a bilingual, bidirectional type system and design philosophy that blends Arabic and Hebrew in a shared space.

Our work spans from research to public art installations, educational workshops, and digital tools that highlight the shared roots and visual similarities between these Semitic languages.

We believe in free language, in humans and their ability to create and build. We connect letters, and you connect words and sentences, spreading a multilingual space where everyone can find their place.
